Useful information for Donors and Foodbanks


  1. Navigate to ‘View my Donations’ at the bottom of your dashboard

  1. The donations page has been updated to include

    1. Improved donation cards

    2. Improved donation filtering

    3. Improved donation records

The donation’s page with updated donation cards

  1. The new cards contain:

    1. The donor branch name

    2. The donor branch ID

    3. The donation status

    4. The time and date the donation was created

    5. The quantity of the donation

The new donation’s page filter'

  1. The new filter will allow you to refine donations based on;

    1. The user view

    2. The search bar is used to filter by;

      1. Offer ID

      2. Reference ID

    3. The status of the offer (pictured below)

  1. The date range that donations were offered at

  2. The name of the donor branch

  3. The option to filter branches based on labels

The ‘Donation details’ page

This page is accessed by tapping on a donation card in the ‘All donation’ page

  1. The first section contains;

    1. The charity name

    2. The offer type

    3. The donation details

      1. The Offer ID

      2. The Offer status

    4. The donation record

    5. The timeline

      1. When the donation was available at

      2. When the donation was accepted at

      3. The donation transfer window

        1. End and Start time

      4. When the donation was transferred at

    1. The estimates of the donation

    2. The actual weight of the donation

      1. Only if supplied

  1. The ‘Offer items’ section contains;

    1. Each category offered

    2. The quantity of each category

    3. The estimated weight of each category

    4. The actual weight of each category

    5. The charity branch that took the category

    1. The reference ID of the donation

    2. The Notification window time and date for the donation

    3. The Transfer window time and date

    4. The Label applied to the donor branch

The ‘Donation record’

The donation record can be accessed from the button at the top of the donation details

The donation record contains 3 sections;

  1. Donor, charity and donation information

  2. The offer items

  3. The donation details



  1. The Donor, charity and donation information section contains

    1. Donor name

    2. Donor ID

    3. Charity name

    4. Charity ID

    5. Status of the donation

    6. The time and date the donation was transferred at

    7. The food classifications from the donation that the charity can accept

    1. The category donationed

    2. The estimated offer, including non-translated donation weight

    3. The estimated weight of the category

    4. The Actual weight of the category

      1. Only if the donor has supplied

    5. The Estimate price of the category

    1. The donation reference ID

    4. The option to download the record as a PDF

    5. Any food safety message supplied by the donor (at an organization level)
