Accept a Food Offer Online

Useful information for food banks, charity branches, and charity organisations.

As a charity or a food bank you will be receiving donations from donors who are in your private food network.

You will also be able to accept donations posted to the Food Board.

Instructions

1. When a donation is created and posted by a donor that is on your schedule and within your private food network, you as a charity will be notified about that fact via email notification (provided you have enabled your notifications).

2. If you missed your email notification, you will see a pending donation on your dashboard after you log in, in ‘Your To Do List’:

4. All you need to do now is to click ‘View Donation Details’ to review the donation and hit the green ‘Accept’ button at the bottom:

6. This action will notify your donor that you have accepted the donation and will prompt the donation’s status change on Your To Do List. Is it now ready for collection:
