Re-sending Activation Email
Useful information for all Foodiverse users.
If the steps provided do not work, contact your Foodnet administrator.
On the Foodiverse Web app
Open the Foodiverse web application.
At the bottom of the screen, press Lost activation email?
Enter the email address of you account
Complete the “I’m not a robot” box and press submit
Go to your email application and find the activation email
The subject will be “[ORG NAME] has invited you to join them on Foodiverse”
Click the Set Password button in the email.
This newly sent activation email will be identical to the original email
Be aware of your organisations email settings, always check spam folder
Enter your new password
Enter your new password a second time
Click Set & Activate when done
Password must contain a minimum 8 characters
You can log into Foodiverse with your new password.
