Join a Food Network by Invitation

Useful information for donor branches, donor organisations, charity branches, and charity organisations.

When you receive a new membership application, it will appear on your Dashboard.

You can also find it in ‘My FoodBank Network’ → ‘Manage Network Members’.

Instructions

1. In order to approve the application, go to ‘Membership Administration’ where you can see details of the charity and decide whether you want to add them to your Food Net. 

2. Click ‘Approve Membership’ or ‘Reject Application’ accordingly:

4. You might be asked to Assign food classification (insert link) or/and ‘Delegate a branch admin’ - if it’s a donor (insert link).

6. You can do it all in the appropriate tabs here: ‘Food Classification’ and ‘Delegated Admins’:

9. Once the organisation has been approved, their status will change to ‘Accepted’. You can check that in ‘My Network Members’ → ‘Manage Network Members’.
