Set a custom unit of measure

Our system is defaulted to use kilograms as a unit of measure. But you can add a different one, e.g. pallets, items, crates, boxes or trays.

Instructions

1. Go to ‘My Organisation’ → ‘Manage Organisation’ → ‘Organisation Settings’.

2. Click on ‘+Add Measure Unit’:

3. You will need to convert kgs into your custom unit of measurement, e.g. 1 crate could equal to 3.33kg. 

4. All of your units of measure will appear in the drop down list when you prepare your donation.
