Improved registration flow for new users

The new streamlined registration flow -

1. The user no longer has to select food categories, as default categories are chosen

2. Entering an address begins with a country, then an address can be entered

   1. Using the address picked allows for auto-completion to work

   2. This will automatically apply a timezone

3. A map will be shown to confirm your location

The user then -

1. Enters their details

2. Completes security verification

3. Reads and accepts the T&C’s
