Resetting your password

Useful information for all Foodiverse users.

On the Foodiverse app

  1. Open the Foodiverse mobile application.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, press Forgot Password?

  1. Enter the email address of you account, and press submit

  1. Go to your email application and find the password reset email

Be aware of your organisations email settings, always check spam folder

  1. Click the Reset Password button in the email.

  1. Enter your new password, Enter your new password a second time to ensure correct, click Reset when done

    1. Password must contain 8 characters

  1. You can log into Foodiverse with your new password.

On the Web app

  1. On the Foodiverse web app, click Forgot Password?

  1. Enter the Email address you are resetting

    1. Click I’m not a robot checkbox

    2. Then Request, when ready

  1. Log into the email address account.

  1. Click the Reset Password button

  1. Enter your new password, enter the password a second time

    1. Password must be at least 8 characters long

    2. Click the Reset button when ready

  2. You can now log in to Foodiverse with your new password

If the steps provide do not work, contact your Foodcloud administrator
