VIP Window

Useful information for Donor admins and Foodbank Admins

The VIP window allows the donor or foodbank acting as donor to create a customizable window, for a primary charity to accept an offer ‘X’ number of minutes before it is offered to the waitlist charity or foodbank acting as charity.

To activate a VIP window, navigate to My Organisation > Manage Organisation > Organisation settings.

If no VIP window is set, donations will be offered to the primary charity, waitlist charity, and foodboard at the same time.

In the above example, the primary charity will be given 30 minutes before the donation is offered to the waitlist charity.

The VIP window set must be a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 168 hours.
