Multi - Collector donation

When offering or scheduling a donation, donors can opt for a donation to have more than 1 collector. 

This must be complete by the foodbank

They may decide to do this for many reasons including:

1. The donation is above the maximum capacity 1 charity could take

2. The donations contains food classifications that the charity cannot accept, so it is offered to the waitlist/foodboard charities.
