The Primary charity on the schedule is notified of the donation.

After the VIP window has passed and the primary hasn’t accepted the Offer, it is offered to the Waitlist charities on the schedule.

Finally, if still not claimed, the Offer appears on the Food Board.
Once the donation has been accepted, only the charity that accepted the donation will see see the donation information
