Offer Scenarios - explained

Standard Offer: 

A donor branch creates a donation → the Offer is posted on the platform → the Primary Charity accepts it → the Offer is transferred.

Multi-collector is enabled:

A donor branch donates a large Offer and specifies that they would be happy for 3 different charities to collect due to its size → The Foodbank split the donation → 3 donations are offered to selected charities → Up to 3 charities (from the Primary, Waitlist or the Food Board) can accept the Offers → all Offers are transferred.

Multiple food classifications are offered:

A donor branch donates ambient and frozen food → the Offer is posted on the platform → the Offer is initially presented to the Primary Charity, but they are only approved for ambient food → so the frozen food part of the donation is posted to the Waitlist and/or Food Board as a separate Offer → all Offers are accepted → all Offers are transferred.
