Offers (donation responses)

Check out what your donation response is telling you:

Offers (donation responses)
Pending	The offer has been sent to the charity and we are awaiting a response
Accepted	The charity accepted the donation offer
Transferred	The donation has been transferred (collected or delivered)
Rejected	The charity has rejected the offer
Expired	-The window during which it would have been possible to accept the offer has expired, OR -A pending offer for the same donation has been accepted by another organisation first
Not Responded	The offer was not responded to before the timeout
Not Transferred	The offer was marked as not transferred. This either means the charity or donor did not fulfill the collection or delivery, or they have forgotten to mark it as transferred.
Refused on site	The offer was refused by the charity at the donor site/branch
Collected By Other	The donation was marked as collected by another charity. This may occur if another charity arrives to the store first without having officially accepted the offer.
Uncollected	The donation was marked Uncollected.
