The donation has been transferred (collected or delivered)

The charity has rejected the offer

Expired

-The window during which it would have been possible to accept the offer has expired,

OR
-A pending offer for the same donation has been accepted by another organisation first

Not Responded

The offer was not responded to before the Accept By Time was met

Not Transferred

This means the charity or donor did not fulfill the collection or delivery.

Refused on site

The offer was refused by the charity at the donor site/branch

Collected By Other

This may occur if another charity arrives to the store first without having officially accepted the offer.

Not Collected

The donation was not collected by the charity that accepted the donation

Accepted by Other

The donation was accepted by another charity on the schedule
