Product Logs Report

This report can be viewed by donor organisations and food network admins.

The Product Logs report lists products that were included in a donation when Product Level Details have been provided by the donor.

Step 1: How to find the Product Logs Report

  • Log into your Foodiverse account using your Login credentials.

  • Select Reports from the left side menu.

  • Under Reports select Product Logs

Step 2: How to filter the Product Logs Report page to suit your search criteria

  • FoodNet Admins - Select a User View of Food Net Admin to view all the donor branches in your food network.

(Donor Branch Member Managers should choose Member Manager or Viewer from the dropdown to limit the search to their donor branches. Branch User or Viewer & Org Admin searches for The Foodbank's own branches.)

  • Donor Branch Admins - Select a User View of Org Admin to view all the donor branches in your food network.

    (Donor Branch Admins should choose Branch User or Viewer from the dropdown if they want to limit the search to their own branches from the dropdown)

  • Select the Start Date and End Date to filter by the Donation Date

  • You can Search by Branch Name, Branch Id, Donation reference number or Product Name in the Search box.

  • Enter values into the filters and then click Submit in order to generate this report.

A list of Products matching your filters chosen will be listed.

Notes:
Uploaded time is the time the donation information was sent by the donor.
Product Full Name is a combination of Product Brand, Name and Type.

You can click on the Magnifying Glass icon on the right to link to the Donations page to get more detailed information about a donation. Click the blue Submit button when you get transferred to the Donations page to display the donation.
